Have you always wanted to learn how to make a quilt? Or reacquaint yourself with sewing because you haven't sewn in forever? Do bright colors, crafting, design, all things miniature, and creative community make you happy? Well then, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make something that incorporates all of these elements.

You'll learn all the steps to make a simple strip quilt or log cabin quit, but on a miniature scale. Think about the size of a placemat. You'll choose fabric first, then spend time sewing your pieces together. Then we'll baste, quilt, and bind it.

PROVIDED: Materials, sewing machines, and tools.

There are 6 spots available. (Ages 11 and under must come with an adult and both are asked to register.)

NOTE: If you would like to bring your own machine, make sure you bring its respective components for ease of use. Depending on the model, we may be able to support you in using it, if you are unsure.

If you'd like to bring a special piece of fabric to incorporate into your quilt, feel free.

Also, fabric purchases for students will be 15% off. (Parking on the street and in the back of the building).

Prerequisites: Some sewing knowledge.
