Ironton Distillery is releasing two new spirits next month: Nordic Gold and Olde Alchemist. Both spirits will release on July 18th and 19th.

Nordic Gold is our Aquavit that has been aging in rye whiskey barrels for 6 months. Named after it’s nordic roots and with notes of black licorice, lemongrass, vanilla and bright fennel, it has a lingering finish and a beautiful golden color.

Olde Alchemist is our Genievre Gin that has been aging for six months in single malt whiskey barrels. It’s named after the first form of distillation, alchemy, which is the science of trying to turn lead into gold using distillation. It has notes of apple pie, citrus, and rich caramel with a smooth, short finish and a beautiful light golden color.

Join us from 12 to 10 pm on July 18th and 19th for a special spirit tasting weekend! We’ll have new cocktails featuring Nordic Gold and Olde Alchemist, as well as food specials, giveaways, and live music. Entry is FREE! Strict social distancing will be maintained and we can seat no more than 8 guests at a table. Masks are required to enter and when moving around the facility but may be removed once seated.
